Gent Kumi
Gent Kumi is the founder of Eco Group Consulting. As a true entrepreneur, he has started and managed numerous companies over an 18 year span, from start-up companies to service companies. His knowledge has been employed in the construction field, real estate industry, distribution and manufacturing industries, marketing field and the auto service industry.
Mr. Kumi received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and Management from The University of Tirana, Albania before coming to the United States.
Andrew Berrie
Andrew Berrie is a Systems Security and Training consultant with Eco Group Consulting.
Mr. Berrie previously served as a Law Enforcement Manager for the United States Armed Forces. During this assignment he directed and supervised counterintelligence, law enforcement, force protection, systems security and physical security activities worldwide to meet Department of Defense requirements.
Mr. Berrie is a United States Military Veteran with over 20 years of professional law enforcement and systems security experience. Mr. Berrie provides his training, knowledge and experience to Eco Group Consulting in Building Systems Integration, Systems Management and Security, Bidding and Construction Management, Asset Management/Monitoring and Information Protection.
Mr. Berrie’s awards and decorations include Meritorious Service Medals, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, NATO Medal, and National Defense Service Medal.
Mr. Berrie possesses a Degree in Criminal Justice and a Degree in Human Services.
Richard Danzer
Richard Danzer is a Certified Coating Consultant and Construction Specifications Institute Trainer for Eco Group Consulting.
Mr. Danzer’s initial beginnings in the painting field began in 1965 with Robt. C. Haas Painting Company. He has run the ranks of Estimator, Production Supervisor, Operations Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager and Director of Operations.
Mr. Danzer is a United States Veteran with over 50 years of professional experience within the construction industry, specializing in painting.
Mr. Danzer brings his expertise to Eco Group Consulting as a trainer of managers and painting contractors in the areas of Organization, Marketing, Estimating, Profit & Loss, Employee Management, Accounting Principles and Project Control.
Mr. Danzer’s titles and affiliations are lengthy but a sampling include: Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification (RRP); Certified Mold Inspector (CMI); Certified Lead Abatement; Construction Specifications Institute (CSI); Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), charter member Gulfstream Chapter and president of Palm Beach chapter; Contributing Editor and Contractor College Instructor for PDCA.
Kristi Kumi is a Professional and Personal Growth Consultant with Eco Group Consulting.
Ms. Kumi is an Empowerment Coach which strives to empower people to grow and realize their full potential by cultivating a harmonious work-life balance.
Ms. Kumi has been certified as an Empowerment Life Coach through the Empowerment Institute. The Empowerment Life Coaching program is based on the pioneering empowerment research and training work of David Gershon and Gail Straub. Over the past two decades they have trained thousands of people and empowerment practitioners all over the world.
Ms. Kumi began her career with Booz Allen and Hamilton as an environmental consultant in their Philadelphia office. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado.
